When you subscribe to our services, your Personal Data is kept for the duration of the contract with Moynat Paris and then, upon termination, for a period equal to the applicable statute of limitations in order to meet our legitimate interest in ensuring the protection and defense of our rights in the event of litigation.

When you submit your application for a job offer at Moynat Paris, your Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to study your application. If your application is rejected, your data is deleted after a period of two years following the decision of rejection in order to be able to contact you again if necessary, unless you object. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide Personal Information to us in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information that we disclosed, if any, to other businesses for their own marketing purposes in the immediately prior calendar year.
